Stress is an inevitable part of life, and I witness every day around me how it can take a toll on our well-being, both mentally and physically.

 

As a mum of three and an entrepreneur, I experience firsthand the challenges of managing stress while trying to maintain balance in my life.

 

This inspired me to create "Breathe to Become Unstressable," a breathwork series designed to empower others with tools to navigate stress more effectively.

 

These sessions are rooted in my own journey toward inner peace and resilience, and I'm passionate about sharing these techniques to help you keep calm and thrive, no matter what life throws your way.

 

It's time to shorten your stress response and dedicate time to finding and then nurturing your inner peace!

Your breath is the easy, the cheapest way to regulate your nervous system and is a powerful gateway to self-awareness, emotional healing and inner transformation! 

 

However the true power always lies in practice, not just the knowledge.

Join me with a like-minded community

for 30-min Weekly Breathwork sessions.

Every Tuesday at 7am EST or/and Friday at 7 am PT / 10 am EST

for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.

What is included in the 12-week experience? 

  • A 30-minute LIVE weekly breathwork session via Zoom

  • An Elemental Rhythm Flow Breathwork to effectively calm your nervous system.

  • Specially crafted self-written meditations to expand your emotional awareness and self-connection.

  • Weekly workbook to reflect on the profound topics covered in the meditations.

  • Two convenient time slots:

    Tuesdays at 7am EST / 12pm UK / 1pm CET / 10pm AEDT, or/and

    Fridays at 7am PT / 10am EST / 3pm UK / 4pm CET.

  • The flexibility of participating in one or both sessions per week.

  • Motivation and accountability within our supportive group environment to show up for yourself

  • Access  to session recordings for 8 weeks, allowing you to revisit and redo them at your convenience.

  • Email and LIVE support with benedicte for the 12-week period.

The exchange for the 12-week experience is 185 EUR.
