for 30-minute weekly breathwork sessions

Every Tuesday at 7am EST or/and Friday at 7 am PT / 10 am EST

for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.

What is included in the 12-week experience? 

  • A 30-Minute LIVE Weekly Breathwork Session via Zoom.

  • Elemental Rhythm Flow Breathwork to effectively calm your nervous system and reconnect with your true self.

  • Specially Crafted Meditations written by me to expand your emotional awareness and deepen self-connection.

  • Weekly Workbook to reflect on the topics covered in the meditations and enhance your personal growth.

  • Two convenient time slots:

    Tuesdays at 7am EST / 12pm UK / 1pm CET / 10pm AEDT, or/and

    Fridays at 7am PT / 10am EST / 3pm UK / 4pm CET.

  • The flexibility of participating in one or both sessions per week.

  • Motivation and Accountability within our supportive group environment to help you stay consistent.

  • Session Recordings Available for 8 Weeks to revisit at your convenience.

  • Email and LIVE Support from me, Bénédicte, throughout the 12-week period.
